At SUBLIME JEWELS, we prepare your orders carefully and seriously within 24 hours of their validation at the latest. Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Note that the delivery time may be extended during promotional offers, holiday periods or exceptional events due to the large number of orders to be processed.
Where are my orders prepared?
Our orders are prepared and shipped from France to the Toulouse region.
What happens if you are absent during delivery?
Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or relay point because the size is small enough to be dropped off. We deliver in reinforced bubble envelopes to preserve the quality of the goods.
I made a mistake on the delivery address, what can I do?

Our jewelry is water resistant but should not be exposed to salt and cosmetic products
You can wear your jewelry at the beach or in the shower as long as you rinse it with clean water before drying to preserve the wear and quality of the jewelry.
Is there nickel in jewelry?
- Our jewelry does not contain any nickel .
- They are made of 925 Fine Silver plated with Gold for the earrings & earcuffs
- The piercings are made of 304 stainless steel
